- 5 / 5By Steph ToddI went here with my brother, we arrived with no reservation on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. They didn't have any seats but offered us a space at the bar. It was just as good - it was interesting watching the chef at work shucking oysters behind the bar.
The service was excellent - the waiters were polite but still friendly and responded to our light jokes with their own which was nice. The food was delicious as well. We shared the Dover sole and some sides which were great.
Overall, fantastic experience. Not the cheapest of meals, but if once in a blue moon it's definitely worth it.March 29, 2017 - 3 / 5By Nick TizardWanted to go here for many years. Eventually got there but afraid it wasn't as fantastic as the price would indicate. Sat right next to the kitchen doors, hurried through the meal which was good but not great.
