  Traditional fish and chips was really good! Prawns and grilled bass disappointing! Stick to what they do best. Really good service!
  Note that the place is extremely busy ( about 30 min queue for both the restaurant and the take-away)

  Paid for tartar sauce but did not pick it up and when it came to collect the food and I asked for it I was told there wasn't any. I then asked for the £1.0 to be taken of the bill and she stroppily gave me a pot out of a big tray full of them. Even McDonalds now happily gives you sauces. Time to stop lying and be a little more generous Mr Stein.

  Sorry but the chips were luke warm not hot as you would expect from this establishment. In fact what we ate left a greasy aftertaste in the mouth so most ended up in the bin. There were 3 of us and the portion size of the fish varied considerably from the largest being the length of the box to the smallest being approx half the length - the width was similar so there's no chance it was the weight of the portion. At almost £30 for the three of us I would certainly not say it was value for money. Would I recommend to the many tourists I speak to daily, not based on this visit. To confirm this post if the management are interested our take away number was 303 and we were there around 7:30pm as I was working until 7:15. Our bill was for £30 as my son has a lemonade. Returned home feeling very disappointed with what was supposed to be a treat.

  Average fish and chips. Pricey considering served in cardboard box and that you're elbow to elbow with a stranger. I've had much better fish and the chips were just chips!
